This is the rare case where the aesthetics of architectural design solutions in the style of minimalism perfectly combines with the thorough design of every detail, every nuance. We paid special attention to the materials, their texture and quality. It was important for us to make it so that, staying here at your home, you could feel all the advantages of living in the center of the city, and at the same time, would not lose touch with nature. That is why we chose the natural, timeless materials that have a special kind of soul, such as wood, copper and stone.

Of course, the Hermitage Garden itself largely set the tone for the Chekhov project. After all, the house is not just adjacent to the Moscow Hermitage Garden, it is in fact a continuation, an integral part thereof. We wanted to create a modern urban estate with a “private” garden while avoiding pretentiousness or pomposity. The chamber nature of the project plays an important role as well. In all, there are 10 apartments which despite their modern aesthetics preserve the feeling of coziness and comfort.
